Taxation
"Put simply”
"Taxation is the way that governments throughout the world collect monies from its citizens in order to provide services, and to a lesser degree equalize the balance between the rich and the poor "
The battle between the governments of the world and individuals who earn large salaries or incomes is that they do not wish to pay Taxes due and therefore this has created a industry which is called TAX AVOIDANCE.
The purpose of companies involved in tax avoidance is to try to establish a method or holes in existing legislation which can be used to avoid paying the appropriate tax. Such schemes are considered are considered Legal.
TAX EVASION on the other hand is illegal and is an attempt to avoid paying any Tax’s on monies earned either individually or via companies.
MONEY LAUNDERING is the process of transforming the proceeds of crime into ostensibly legitimate money or other assets, However, in a number of legal and regulatory systems, the term money laundering has become conflated with other forms of financial crime, and sometimes used more generally to include misuse of the financial system (involving things such as securities, digital currencies, credit cards, and traditional currency), including terrorism financing and evasion of international sanctions.
Most anti-money laundering laws openly conflate money laundering (which is concerned with source of funds) with terrorism financing (which is concerned with destination of funds) when regulating the financial system.
